Our customers' satisfaction is very important to us. In that spirit, Amerisonic recognizes that from time to time, there will be products that do not perform as designed and, in order to provide our customers the highest level of services, we have adopted the following repairs & returns policy. Note that our eBay outlet has a slightly different set of policies, please refer to the specific listing for complete details.

Unless otherwise stated, you have 14 days from the date you receive the product (based on shipper's record) to get a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within that period, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).
- For mobile phones and all other wireless devices, the return period is 7 days. The phone must register less than 30 minutes cumulative talk time to be eligible for return. In addition, returning the phone to Amerisonic does not cancel any service contract obligations with your carrier. Please contact your carrier directly for more information.

If your return is not complete, it will be rejected and returned back to you.
- Returned items must be in original condition.

All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
- Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
- All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
- The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.

If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
- Items where defects are caused by the buyer's improper use or mishandling will not be accepted for return.
- All refunds will be given in the form they were received.
- If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly to check any applicable warranty you might have.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be shipped to our warehouse, depending on the shipper. Please also allow approximately 10 business days to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse.
Amerisonic International LLC ("Amerisonic") warrants to the original purchaser that the our F&D products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this warranty period, Amerisonic or a AMERISONIC AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER will repair the defective hardware product or component, free of charge. The original purchaser is entitled to this warranty only if the date of purchase is registered at point of sale or the consumer can demonstrate, to Amerisonic's satisfaction, that the product was purchased within the last 12 months.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained via email prior to any items being shipped to Amerisonic or a AMERISONIC AUTHORIZED REPAIR CENTER.
Limitations
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY IF THIS PRODUCT: (a) IS USED WITH PRODUCTS NOT SOLD OR LICENSED BY NINTENDO INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NON-LICENSED GAME ENHANCEMENT AND COPIER DEVICES, ADAPTERS, AND POWER SUPPLIES); (b) IS USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES INCLUDING RENTAL); (c) IS MODIFIED OR TAMPERED WITH; (d) IS DAMAGED BY NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, OR BY OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP; OR (e) HAS HAD THE SERIAL NUMBER ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED.
ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIODS DESCRIBED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL AMERISONIC BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty is valid only in Canada and the United States.
