What is Amerisonic's primary business?
Amerisonic is a manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of consumer electronics since 2000. We specialize in audio and video products. Recently, we have also entered the wireless communication market. Denon, Kenwood, LG, Logitech, Motorola, Nokia, Panasonic, Samsung, and our own F&D are some of the name-brand products that we carry.

What type of customers does Amerisonic serve?
We serve a wide range of customers from OEMs to the general public. Our enterprise clients include automakers, computer manufacturers, discount stores, and specialty retailers of consumer electronics, just to name a few.

What is your privacy policy?

How do I know that my information is secure?
We utilize advanced SSL technology, which encrypts your personal information to help protect it from being decoded by anyone other than us.

Ordering

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by contacting our sales department. One of our sales specialists will be happy to assist you. To make a purchase online, please go to our eBay outlet.

How can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation anytime before your item ships and we will make every effort to honor your cancellation request. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been shipped. For in stock items, your order will usually enter the shipping process within one business day. To check the status of other items, please contact our customer service department.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
A 5% sales tax is charged for items being shipped to a Maryland address. If you are exempted from Maryland sales tax, you will need to provide us with acceptable proof of exempt status, e.g. a copy of your reseller certificate.

Do you have a price match policy?
At this time, Amerisonic does not have a price guarantee or policy. However, Amerisonic strives toward being competitive and to maintain the lowest prices. Please let us know if you think our price for a particular item isn't competitive with that of other merchants.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards as well as checks, money orders, Paypal and wire transfer. Funds must be denominated in U.S. dollars and be drawn on a U.S. bank.

Reseller Program

How do I sign up for the reseller program?
You need to download our reseller application and send the completed form back to our sales department. For more information, please check out the reseller section on our Web site.

How does the reseller program work?
Our reseller discount structure is performance driven and you can receive up to 8% off from your purchases. Under this program, your discount is based on either the sales level you achieved in the previous month or your current sales level, whichever is larger. Therefore, when you hit a higher sales level, your discount for the rest of the month and the next month will immediately reflect the new sales level you have achieved. The larger your purchases, the greater your earnings will be.

Are there any fees that I need to pay?
Enrollment to our reseller program is absolutely free.

Returns

What is Amerisonic's return policy?
Most merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of product delivery. Please click here for our complete return policy.

How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact us to request a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email. For complete instructions, please check out our return policy.

How will I be reimbursed for my return?
Your reimbursement will be based on your original payment method. If you elect to receive merchandise credit for a return, you will have one year to spend your credit over the phone. Merchandise credits cannot be used at our eBay outlet.

When should I expect to receive credit for my return?
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be shipped to our warehouse, depending on the shipper. Please also allow approximately 10 business days to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse.

Shipping

How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders for all in-stock items are processed within one business day. Items shipped by standard delivery methods should be received within 10 days. Faster shipping methods are available at additional cost. Some specialty items may require extra delivery time.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus a smaller fee for each item in that shipment. In each shipment, the item with the highest per-shipment cost determines the per-shipment fee; per-item charges are applied according to the products you're ordering. We will inform you the total shipping cost at the time you place the order.

Amerisonic has three shipping speeds for orders sent to addresses within the United States: Standard Shipping, Two-Day Shipping, and Overnight Shipping.

How can I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment. You can then check with your shipper to determine the status of your order.

Can I ship my order to an APO or FPO address?
At this time we are not able to ship to either APO or FPO addresses.
